... take 5: U.S.S. John F Kennedy CV-67

Going through some photos recently I came across this one. 

Stationed aboard the Kennedy, I was a member of her first crew... we were known as 'plank-owners'. 

 

It's still hard to relate to the fact both the ship and the 'Towers' are now gone. In 2007, JFK CV67 was decommissioned... and 9.11 was one of the most difficult days I can remember... still is to this day.
